REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy: All Online Training Course Purchases are Final and Non-Refundable
Online courses are non-refundable. Once the course is purchased/accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All online training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. We can assist you to get started with the course if you are having any trouble.
Exchange Allowed: Participants will be allowed to exchange with other courses of equivalent or lesser value if the course is not accessed within 7 days of purchase. Exchange requests must be received by email at contact@ajinkyachopade.com. No exchange will be granted if the request is more than 7 days after the purchase date.

Multiple payments for the same course: In case participants made extra payment (the same course bought multiple times) for the same course, a refund will be issued upon request. There will be a 3.7% transaction cost charged by the credit card processor per transaction.

Personalized appointment:

Once the personalized appointment is booked no refund will be granted regardless of any reason. Participants will be allowed to change the booking date, only if a request for change is submitted 3 days prior to the previous booking date. Participants can cancel the appointment 15 days prior to the booking date.
In case participants made extra payment (the same service bought multiple times) for the same service, a refund will be issued upon request. There will be a 3.7% transaction cost charged by the credit card processor per transaction.

Book Purchase:

Books purchased in paperback or hardcover format will be delivered within 15 days from the date of purchase.
E-book version of the book will be delivered to the given mail address of the participant within 30 minutes once he/she completes the payment process.
